Where do you ship your products?

BéeAtelier ships to all provinces and territories in Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping fee is calculated according to the weight of the order and the delivery address.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number from Canada Post. Your tracking number will offer the best estimate of the delivery date.

It usually takes 3-5 business days for our team to prepare your order. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following week.

Please note that we observes Canadian federal holidays, as well as statutory holidays in Ontario.

Can I make changes to my order?

We are unable to accommodate changes or additions to orders at this time.

What if I missed a promotion?

Promotions communicated via advertised online, or via social media apply only to the products directly referenced and only during the specified time-frame. Retroactive promotions will not be applied to items that are out of stock at the time of the promotion.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Any damages, errors, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 100% money back return policy for the products sold on this website. If you purchase a product and are not happy with it please reach out to us at and we will work with you to rectify the issue. Customers are responsible for the postage/return fee and proper return of the product.

Our policy for purchases via this website lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds for damaged products (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund if it falls outside of a manufacturing issue or fault.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges are tricky since our items are unique pieces we cannot exchange it for another one of the same product. If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, send us an email at so we can sort out the details of the exchange together including costs differences. Fees might be applicable.
